I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel had stunning views overlooking the garden, lots of space, and a huge veranda. The service was exceptional and the beautiful gardens made me feel like I was in a quiet oasis. The dining experience was truly memorable with enchanting piano music and spectacular choices. A five-star experience indeed!
The hotel offers stunning rooms with a big balcony, given its 5-star status, and they were clean. The service was top-notch with an incredible team always attentive and welcoming, from enchanting piano music to a nightcap on the Terrace. The location was tranquil and quiet, nestled in the middle of the property, with gorgeous garden views overlooking the beautiful sea. The dining experience was unforgettable in a grand room, although some dishes didn't feel the freshest. The facilities were well-equipped to ensure a pleasant stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were simply splendid, with high ceilings, a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa. The breakfast available until 11 am was fantastic, and waking up to the gentle tunes of a live pianist every morning was truly special. The huge balcony overlooking the gardens was a perfect spot to relax, especially with the cozy hammocks for afternoon book reading sessions. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, even helping me find a particular cheese during their time off. The location, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the marina, the sea, Naples, and Vesuvius, was absolutely idyllic, providing a peaceful escape from the busy center of Sorrento. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide selection of cakes and breads to enjoy while being serenaded by the talented pianist. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor room for improvements.
What an amazing experience! The rooms are stunning with sea views all around, charming with unique touches in every room. The live pianist playing relaxing music adds to the perfect ambiance. The food, including homemade cakes and pastries, is as good as it gets overlooking the bay. However, the extras come at a price.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The stunning sea views from the room were breathtaking, and having a live pianist playing relaxing music made it even more special. The coffee was perfect, and the homemade cakes and pastries were as good as the best. It was the perfect place for celebrating my fiancee's birthday. The room was exceptionally noteworthy, with breakfast available until 11 am, allowing us to start the day at our own pace. The live pianist playing every morning added a touch of elegance. However, the room was a bit cramped.
